Marketing that
moves business.

I build marketing functions, shape enterprise narratives, and sit close enough to the CEO's office to matter. From bootstrapped startups to Series B — I've done this, and the numbers are real.

Built marketing from zero — through Series B

When I joined Intangles, there was no marketing function. Strong product, early customers, zero market visibility. I built everything — brand, demand, content, PR, digital, analytics, inside sales — from scratch, scaling the team from one to eight while simultaneously serving as the executive team's primary marketing thought partner.

Over four years the company grew from ~80 to ~500 employees. Revenue CAGR exceeded 70%. Intangles raised $10M Series A and $30M Series B. Marketing was a meaningful contributor to all of it.

ABM-led GTM that became the engine of enterprise revenue

~80% of new enterprise revenue. A Fortune 500 logistics giant came inbound.

Intangles sells into complex B2B environments — long cycles, multiple stakeholders, heavy buyer education. I designed and ran an ABM-led GTM motion combining account intelligence, targeted content, digital amplification, and sales enablement. In India, 12 of the last 14 enterprise and OEM wins were marketing-generated. In North America, over 50% of new enterprise pipeline was marketing-enabled.

One PR-led initiative brought a Fortune 500 North American logistics company — operating a fleet of 200,000+ vehicles — inbound without any outreach. They converted and became Intangles' largest North American account.

~35 inbound leads/year → 250+. ROI improved 35%.

When I joined, Intangles generated roughly 35 qualified enterprise leads per year — almost entirely through the founders' networks. Through an integrated demand programme combining content, PR, digital, partner marketing, and ABM, I rebuilt the engine from scratch. I also built the ROI models and dashboards that tracked pipeline contribution and attribution — and presented those findings directly to the CEO and board to drive real budget decisions.

360° campaign — 120 MQLs, largest customer won

6 months. One campaign. Company's biggest new customer.

At kPoint I designed and ran an integrated multi-channel campaign targeting enterprise buyers in the learning and sales enablement space — combining digital, content, PR, and direct outreach in a coordinated way that was unusual for the company's scale. Within six months: 120 MQLs. One of those conversions became kPoint's single largest new customer to that point.

12+ industry awards across four organisations — a deliberate, repeatable strategy

Not a lucky submission. A method, applied consistently across an entire career.

Most marketing teams treat awards as a nice-to-have. I've treated them as a structured brand-building tool — identifying the right recognitions, building the submissions, and converting each win into commercial credibility with buyers, investors, and the industry at large.

The results span four organisations over 14 years: Gold Brandon Hall Technology Award (Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology) at kPoint; Bronze PR Week Asia Pacific (Best B2B Campaign of the Year) at CeBIT India; Apeejay India Volunteer Award 2011 for mjunction's CSR initiative ejunction, where I led the full award entry submission as part of the marketing team; and at Intangles — SuperStartups Asia Gold, Forbes DGEMS Select 200 Global Potential Companies, AWS Sustainability Partner of the Year APJ 2025, EuroBus Innovation Challenge Winner 2024, ET Entrepreneur IT/ITES Service Provider of the Year, and several others. Twelve-plus wins. Four companies. One consistent approach.

At CeBIT India — the Indian launch of the world's largest technology trade fair — I owned the full marketing and communications effort: national advertising, PR, visitor and exhibitor acquisition, and stakeholder communications. The PR campaign won Bronze at the PR Week Asia Pacific Awards for Best B2B Campaign. I also designed a structured engagement programme for over 100 CIOs, creating genuine business networking beyond the standard event format.

Expertise
01
Executive Strategy & Planning

Annual planning, board reporting, quarterly reviews. I work with CEOs as a thinking partner — not as a vendor executing a brief.

02
Data → Insight → Narrative

Pipeline data, campaign performance, market signals — turned into presentations that inform real decisions at the leadership level.

03
Revenue-Focused B2B Marketing

ABM, enterprise GTM, demand generation — built around pipeline outcomes. Marketing that a sales team actually wants to work with.

04
Brand & Positioning

Defining how a company shows up — the narrative, the differentiation, the voice. Especially in complex B2B environments where clarity is the hardest thing to achieve.

05
Executive Communications

CEO narratives, investor communications, industry positioning. Work that shapes how a company is perceived by the people who matter most to its future.

06
Building from Scratch

Sole hire to team of eight. Zero brand to global presence. No pipeline to $12M annually. For founders who need the whole function built, not just one part of it run.

Get in touch

If something here resonates, let's talk.

Full-time roles, consulting engagements, or early-stage advisory conversations — I'm open to the right opportunities. Particularly interested in B2B SaaS, industrial AI, and deep-tech companies at any stage from pre-seed through Series C, where the marketing brief is to build brand credibility and trust first, and eventually convert that into pipeline. If you're a founder who has built something meaningful and needs marketing to help the world understand why it matters — that's the conversation I want to have.
